Villa Stinjan consists of 16 apartments: 6 on the ground floor, 6 on the first floor and 4 attic apartments. From the windows of the 16 apartments you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea. Each apartment has a terrace (covered or open), a cellar and a parking space.
   
Finishes are made with high quality materials: Italian style ceramic and bathroom fittings. Villa Stinjan has an elevator which goes down to the basement, where there are parking spaces and cellars.
